Who we are

Email: [email protected].

What you are buying

A digital DIY build plan: an online step-by-step build guide and a printable PDF with drawings, a cut list and a shopping list. A made-to-measure plan is drawn to the measurements you give us. You are responsible for measuring accurately; we will check your measurements are within the range the design supports and contact you if they are not.

Delivery

We draw your plan to the measurements you enter at checkout, check it, and email you a link to it within 24 hours of payment. If we cannot draw a plan that fits your measurements, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Your right to cancel

You normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase of digital content. At checkout you ask us to supply your plan straight away and confirm that you lose the right to cancel once it is delivered. Until we send it, you can cancel for a full refund by replying to your receipt email.

If your plan is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

Building safely

Follow the plan, the instructions that come with your tools and materials, and safe working practice. Check walls, floors and fixings are sound before you build, and ask a qualified person if you are unsure, especially about electrics, gas or water pipes in walls, or structural work. We are not responsible for loss caused by not following the plan, by inaccurate measurements you gave us, or by poor workmanship.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Use of the plan

The plan is for your own personal use. Please do not resell or share it.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can also bring a claim in your local courts.
